The IKON Call it Out and Whistleblower Hotline is an independent service run by Stopline that gives you the opportunity to report any wrong and unethical practices including misconduct and other serious workplace issues – anonymously. The IKON Whistleblower Hotline is an independent service that you can contact to report suspected:

• Wrongdoing
• Unethical Behaviour
• Any other behaviour that may affect IKON’s reputation negatively
• Illegal conduct
• Theft
• Fraud
• Dishonesty
• Bullying and Harassment
• Policy breaches
• Unethical behaviour or
• Workplace safety hazards
• Any other workplace matter that you believe cannot be resolved through IKON’s internal Call It Out Policy

The service includes:

• Dedicated hotline number, website, fax, mail and email address for employees, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Expert forensic investigators taking the calls and analysing disclosures.
• Timely reporting of incidents to dedicated representatives within IKON Services Australia.
